These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of TrackFlow ("the Software"), a desktop application developed and sold by TrackFlow ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using TrackFlow you agree to these Terms.

1. License

When you purchase TrackFlow you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal computers. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key or account credentials with others.

2. Payment

TrackFlow is sold as a one-time purchase at $10 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email after a successful purchase. Prices may change for future buyers but will not change for existing license holders.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@gettrackflow.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Cloud backup, sync, and collaboration features require a TrackFlow account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of the Software is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Updates and Availability

We may release updates to the Software at any time. Updates are provided at our discretion. We do not guarantee continued availability of cloud services but will provide reasonable notice before any significant service changes.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for it ($10 USD).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
